I can get instant feedback for reporting someone for toxic language and language only. I have reported so many people for trolling either admitted in chat and then doing it, or just flat out doing it and there's never any punishment. What gives with that?

Instant feedback notifications are only occasionally given out as the system is not there as a way to monitor the status of the accounts of other players.
