I am banned from queue but i really don't know why. I recently reinstalled lol on my pc after 4-5 months without playing. I played 7 maybe 8 games, aram and one normal draft. I can't see the in-client reform card. Can someone help me to figure out what happaned?

have you tried sending in a ticket? probably will have better luck there

It's probably a bug. Send a support ticket. I've seen people get permabanned but when they log in it says they got a 10 game chat restriction but they can't play.
Eh... what are you really experiencing? Can you take a screen shot of it?
