When is Riot actually going to ban people who are clearly trolling?

Riot, why the fuck are these people not permabanned on sight? Just put me in charge of this shit and I promise you'll see change real fucking fast. I don't wanna see another fucking post about new skins, I want to see a post talking about updating the actual IFS so it stops letting people go because "we don't want a false positive uwu" you already get false positives, so clearly something here is wrong. And to the white knights who defend these people with "uwu it's just a bad game uwu" it's not a bad game. If you could see the chat, you'd know how bad it was. I'd say boycott Riot but then the post will be removed because I'm a bad seed for telling people who are mad at a company to not buy their product, you know, consumerism and what people will tell you with any other company. No Riot, it's not a coincidence when 5 people between both teams report someone, it's a sign
