WHY DOES RIOT PUT LOWWINRATE PLAYERS IN PROMO,

It is known that the riotsystem has a system where in promo you get teamed up with 4 players with a general low winrate. The point is that a larger armound of players that have a negative winrate are more likely to be trolls/flamers or afk's than the players with a positive winratio. And I think this part is not fair, I believe the promosystem should be like this:

When a player hits promo he gets matches with people from a lower elo than himself instead of a garbage winrate. I have been playing on my smurf last few weeks (my main is gold 1) and was placed in bronze 2, and In a week i've climbed up to silver 3. And in every promo I had atleast one massive flamer and Ive had around 3 trolls in my promo's. In my main acc there are also trolls but way less as the people here give more fucks about their elo I guess. That being said I think this system is unfair to the players in bronze silver and gold.

Look at it this way. If a silver 4 player. Is a little bit better than the other players in his elo and he deserves silver 3. But he is not good enough that he can carry a game with a troll or so. he is basicly fuckt.

I am now silver 3 on this smurf acc And ive lost 6 promos to silver 2. I have 55 wins and 35 loses. Yet I cant get out I wrote this tread tilted af seeya later T
