I think my account got hacked and so it got banned.

After happily getting my big brother laptop, I booted up league and found a message saying I got banned for usiding prohibited third party software. I got shocked so I wrote a ticket for tech support, narrating the story, but after checking my match history on op.gg, I found a couple of matches played 9 hours ago of which I'm unaware of playing in, so I'm 100% certain that my account got hacked and now I'm panicking. Plz help UPDATE: I got my suspension removed. Thank you guys for the help and especially thank you Riot Support for removing my bann and for understanding.

Your responsible for what happens on your account. Don't think riot will remove the ban. Just make a new acc

Contact support and explain the situation, listing the games you have no memory of and asking if theres evidence that someone gained access to your account without permission, and if those games were the ones that had 3rd party software used on them.

Contact the support again- they have the power to lift punishments. Explain your situation there, the boards can't do much to help you.

After reading all of the helpful advice, I submitted a second ticket where I provided evidence and added the screenshots of the 4 matches I have no recollection playing, and the match I think the hacker used the third party software and the reason of why my account was banned for. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/43136109 Thanks for the help and have a great day.
