I mean, yeah, the op was scripting, got caught, got banned, opened a support ticket, lied about scripting and Riot chose to uphold the ban. All that is fair. But the demeanor and attitude of the support person he communicated with got me wondering if that person is purposefully trolling this guy. If I had an issue and got this kind of treatment (whether the issue was legit or bullshit), it would make my blood boil.
There's not much problem with the first message aside from it's ending, "if you have other concerns, feel free to contact us again" to somebody who just got their account permabanned. This is a polite thing to say to somebody whose issue you just resolved but a monumentally dick thing to say to somebody who you just informed has lost their account forever.
Then in the second message the support asshole just straight up copy pastes a large portion from the first message, like the other party was a mentally challeneged or just didn't care enough to read it the first time. This is the #1 sign you get that you are not being taken seriously by somebody whose job is supposed to be to take you seriously.
The following messages have nothing problematic when it comes to the main content, but then you start noticing the way this dick keeps saying bye, one example being: "I wish you good luck and a wonderful week." and finishes every message with this gem: "Ahhh, I'm just a big toasty cinnamon bun. I never want to leave this bed." In the given context these read together: "Fuck you very much you dirty scripter, I revel in your suffering."
I get that people at player support have to deal with lying cheaters upset about losing their accounts ten times a day, but that's part of their profession and pretending to have empathy for these people should be too. The last thing you want customers to feel when offering customer service is that they are being brushed off, right?
