Do previous warnings go away? After some time of good behavior.

Let's say I recently received a 25 chat restriction aka 2nd offense. What if some time goes by with me showing good behavior, will the previous offenses go away? And let's say I flame someone after I have reformed after months of good behavior and I get reported again, will I get a 2 week ban aka 3d offense or will I be back to square 1 with the 1st offense.

Also, I have never received a Warning message for, you know the one that says how all players have bad days blah blah before receiving these chat restrictions, is this normal?

yah, every 3 months you drop down a tier if you haven't received a punishment

Riot can always just ban you if you continue be toxic even after 6 months of non-issue. Here's a suggestion: stop being toxic. Then you won't need to learn how to game the system.

Yes, but last I'm aware is that it takes roughly 3 months without getting in trouble to drop the the next lower tier. In otherwords, if you've gotten the 25 game chat restriction but avoid further restrictions for 3 months, it'll be as if your last restriction was a 10-day.

Getting a "You've been reported" pop- up is not considered a punishment, since those go out before the reports are validated.

I'm not sure if simply not playing is enough. While I haven't seen any confirmation, I suspect it's three months of regular playing.

Since part of the goal reform, there's no way for the system to know you've improved if there are no games available to prove it.
