Honor Checkpoints

I'm honor level 1 checkpoint 2 right now. Do I get promoted to honor level 2 when I get checkpoint 3? Or do I then have to go up another checkpoint after checkpoint 3?

you get promoted to honor level 2 once you get another checkpoint after being 3/3 on honor lv 2. then you will be honor lv 2 0/3.
