AFK Players

I don't know about anyone else, but this season, more than half of my ranked games have a player who afk's. Im not even kidding either. I wish I was. A good 60% of my games have a player on either my team or the enemy team who chooses to quit the game because something doesn't go their way. Most of the time, my ranked games are determined by which team has the player who decides to quit. Riot needs to dish out a bigger penalty to these players. They ruin everyone's game and then get a slap on the wrist with a 6 minute queue timer afterwards. Meanwhile, I tell my adc he's playing bad and I get 25 game chat ban. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. Fix your penalty system or just group all the players who are known to afk with each other and let the rest of us actually play the game. I can't explain how frustrating this is.
