Racism and sexism

Do you actually punish people that are racist and homophobic and tell people to kill themselves? I just had a game like at that it was upsetting because I have poor mental health and often I use this game as a way to have fun and as a distraction. Not only that I asked if members of the other could also report the player, to which they called me a %%%%%% in all chat and proceeded to say more abusive things. I don't care about the isolated incident of racism, more than that I think its community that accepts that kind of abuse and behaviour. I think you guys should be really looking at how unhealthy and toxic the competitive spirit is in this game. Nothing hurts more then what feels like a personal attack from someone you don't know. This is meant to be 'esport' right? I play outdoor sport and I can never tell you a time ive ever felt like this. Make people more accountable. Also tell me your thoughts

Telling people to kill themselves as well as derogatory slurs tend to result in a escalated punishment when detected.

A player with no previous punishment can receive a 14-day ban for such behavior, placing them one step away from a perma-ban.

Your mental condition is no excuse. What if someone has a mental condition that causes them to flame?

Your server is in OCE, thus chat is not moderated strictly

Yes, these people get punished. If you have poor mental health, I highly recommend finding a less competitive game, because people are rude in games like this. Co-op games tend to have more friendly communities.
