10 game chat ban
can someone explain to me the reason behind this ban, as the only thing it makes me want to do is afk or not play good so i can chill while the games go down, same with the restrictions on rewards

well at that point you could get banned.
Technically speaking its a restriction. You can still chat, so you aren't banned from chatting.
The chat logs that where provided to you would help us help you understand why it happened.
Can you please post your reform card? That would go a long way in providing context for your ban.
