Why did you ban my account? i was about 5 games to reach gold on this server and i got banned, seriously what happend? you admins do this because im mexican playing on NA? thats the problem?

When you attempt to log into the Client, you should be greeted with a reform card with details relating to your punishment. What does it say? Does it provide chat logs, or a link to match history?

I don't think that they'd ban Mexicans for playing games on North American servers. Unless you were spamming or cussing in Mexican, I don't see what the problem is. I played some AI games with Mexicans while leveling, it was cool.
