Haven't played ranked in years and even when I didn't I don't play no jungle. :o
Buuuuut, I do watch a good deal of pro play and I personally feel my macro is still on par with, at the very least, a gold player, so I'll help you out with what general Ranked Climbing Tips I can offer ya; hopefully they help in some way.
Since you're a jungler, probably the most important thing for you to really learn right now is trying to really predict, or at least make yourself generally aware of where the enemy jungler is.
From the very start of the game, note which side their jungler started on and make sure to play around that wisely. You can ping your top back if you know their jungler started blue and goes top before ganking. Knowing their jungler is trying to make something happen top gives you the perfect time then to gank bot since you'll have the advantage theoretically.
Making sure you pick up at least 1 control ward each time you back is insanely important; League's current meta is insanely macro based right now and vision has become that much more important. Spotting the enemy mid laner roams while your mid lane sits around and forgets to MIA, throwing it in the enemy jungle to see what camps in the area are cleared, or even if the enemy jungler is there themself, you're able to scout from a safe distance plus Riot loves their vision scores.
Try to always look for the times you can either make a play or take an objective; going back to my first tip of trying to always know where the enemy jungler is, it's also super important because taking objectives helps all your teammates in the long run. Extra gold from towers, bonuses from the various dragon buffs, Rift Herald to break open whatever lane is giving your team the most trouble or for just purely siege purposes.
Ensuring your team gets these objectives not only helps your team but takes away all those bonuses from the enemy team.
Knowing when is the right time to do what action.
Bear with me, I know that's an insanely general statement but to break it down a bit, things like knowing when to pull off Baron is the enemy team comes to contest, when to be happy taking an objective and turning back without engaging, taking a look at the mini map to ensure no one is out of place on the enemy side before you overextend for that wave of CS or jungle camp, and most importantly when to just reset the map.
That's that for now though; I'm sure I could think of some more stuff, might even come back and edit this post some later, but for now those nail some pretty important areas I feel.
Again, I'm no one important at this game of course, so take everything I say to whatever extent you please. But hopefully some stuff in there is able to help you out some.
League right now is all about the little things, and how you manage them entirely dictates how the game will unfold.
