You seem somewhat familiar with how chat restrictions work, given how you were saying other players were going to be punished. Saying you're going to report players isn't necessary, as it only takes 1 report to trigger a review of someone's chat logs. You also kept saying other players were going to be punished, and you kept pointing out other players' low scores in order to insult or harass them. This continued on into the post-game. If you've had prior chat restrictions, then a 2-week suspension was warranted here.

I'm also curious what you meant when you said this line:

Edit: And while you may not have said extremely negative comments, these comments are still negative, and if you have a consistent history of being negative in games, you will get punished by Riot's system.

Were you appointed as team captain and coach? You spend the entire game barking orders and belittling people for mistakes. News flash - everyone is allowed to play the game as they see fit and they are not required to obey your commands.

Constant arguing, calling for reports, announcing your own reports, telling people to STFU, telling people they'll be banned, etc. are not constructive, positive, or welcome additions to chat. All you're doing is making it worse, which is why you were punished.

They look at what you say, and what you say alone. Infact, they look at multiple games of what you said and punish you based on your consistency and severity.

Typically, "report askers" don't know that what they are doing counts as harassment, so they keep doing it over many many games and eventually get punished.

Of course, it's not just the asking for reports that counts towards your punishment. The general condescending attitude does as well.
