Stuck in forever Low Priority Queue??

Hi there, League Community and especially League Staff Members.

I come to you desperate. I had a string of issues where my computer was unable to connect to the games within 3 minutes, a long time ago. I have 20 minute queues and they just won't stop accumulating. There is no notification in the notification bell at the top right to tell me how many i have left and I feel that I have been glitched into a permanent 20 minute low priority queue. I am still being punished to this day.

This has become so upsetting and fusterating that I created a new account and leveled it up to level 29. I really want to be able to play on my account without these queues and my friends are being bothered by the queues too, causing me to play only on my level 29. My account, killer5362, is level 69. I have lots of skins and I like using them. I have lots of champs and I like them too.

Is there a place I can open a dispute for indefinite low priority queues? Can we get this removed??

I am an upset customer. Please help!
