Can Riot finally admit they closed down the Tribunal rather than saying it's in maintenance?

The system was garbage, you've banned 10000s of players for what a handful of overly agressive nazi-like players thought was "unacceptable behaviour". Now instead of admitting how retarded your system was you claim it's "under maintenance" for what 5 years already?

Clearly it's not under maintenance, you realized you made a mistake but you don't wanna admit it, it's kinda annoying knowing I've told you this for years before you actually got rid of it. So please can we just get a quick: sorry we let you get banned by a bunch of psychopaths, the Tribunal was indeed a terrible idea and will never be re-opened.
