[LONG POST] Riot Permabanned the wrong account

So starting off got perma banned in the last wave FOR SCRIPTING . Let's get the memes out of the way as this is pretty serious. No I didn't use korean language , I didn't use god knows what else. Programs I had installed that interfere or use league are (these weren't the case I got banned but to get them out of the way) An important thing to mention is that i didnt even get a warning nor valuable explanation :

  1. Mk Jogo

  2. Championify

  3. Lol recorder

  4. Plays.tv

  • Mk jogo, never used it just had it on my PC. I mean I had a lot of skins and didn't really need it. I've used it back in the days but it had too many bugs and stopped.

  • Championify , great program gives you the latest most popular builds,used this.

  • Lol recorder, didn't even work,never used it.

  • Plays.tv always on recording my games.

Okay to get this out of the way here's the real thing. Volksgrenadier28 EU NE. I was Platinum V 2 months before season end.Now I started league about 4 years ago ( august 2012, around rengar realease, i remember his login screen and playing him at my friends for the first time) .My first account was Bloodsucker513 (I was around 11 then).That account was stolen I have no idea how it was taken as it was my first account my friend made for me. Well long story short Riot support didnt do anything. Well okay I made a new account ( this one) and played a lot. Here I'll try and cover everything I've said to riot support.

Some notable things:

  1. Had all of the champions and 10k ip to buy Ivern.

  2. I've spent (not wasted) 130 days of my life thats over 4 months

  3. I've spent around 320 euros Don't get me wrong I dont regret supporting Riot but 320 euros isnt a little amount. Average paycheck in my country is around 200-300e. And my parents weren't that financially stable so I have no idea how I spent this much.

  • So starting off season 3. What a season,I was bronze V around 3 times. Played duo queue with my best friend. We were both bronzies then. I believe i reached like bronze 1-2 at the end of the season. I had around 1000 ranked games. Flamer,blamed my team. I don't even remember what I played at that time. I remember playing Lee sin with bloodthrister and phantom ( the old red one). Okay definitely not using any software help here lets move on. THANKS TO LOLSKILL I CAN SEE MY STATS FROM PREVIOUS SEASSONS OMFG
    Now that i have the info as you can see, 1100 games a lot more losses than wins.

  • Season 4, alright alrigh, got gold here. I also don't really remember how. I believe it was playing katarina back when it had the lower ult cd,passive not nerfed and etc. But again i had over 1k games I believe. Maybe this time I started playing normal games more than ranked. Im not sure,it might be even season 5. Okay obviously again no sign of scripting. Lets move on. ( 10 pentakills definitely Katarina)

  • Season 5 , yes the promised land, platinum. YEY, and yes this is the season for me. Maximum I reached was plat I 80lp. Few days before end of the season. Almost got diamond. This is the season I started going to tournaments with my friends, and got pretty known in my school for league. I mean i was one of the best there. If not even the best. Well now scripting could be possible here right? Well, I didn't get banned then so why now? I mean I literally played 1 game won 1 lost, and sometimes get like 2 - 3 wins in a row. My maximum was like 9 or 12 wins I cant remember. This was the time I played duo with my best friend ( remember him from season 3? ). Dynamic duo bot lane ( we even made a video ). Braum Twitch, Braum Draven. Oh god we we're unstoppable. JK we barely made it to plat like it was such a struggle. Cant lie I was somewhat toxic that season. 14y old cant blame myself. I later learned thats not the way but still got chatbanned a lot of times. ( i was 8th grade here and what i thought to be difficult, had a girlfriend started going out with friends and lowered a bit my league time. Still reached my highest ranking and finished with all 5's or A's for americans)

  • Season 6 , gold I ( actually platinum V but got demoted for inactivity after ban, yeah sad). This is the mighty season riot made a ban wave that caught me as they say " We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. " ( this was exactly sent by 2 rioters, entire message was the same, so i do know it was just a copy pasta.) Well where to start. I have stats for this season so this will probably be the longest one. Here's the response a guy got and these are the responses i've gotten ( props to Riot support HIXIAN and POLARZONE for actually reading my ticket not like the two mentioned here ) . As you can see both of these are the exact same things. ..."I even offered to skype with support staff and screen share my entire computer and all my game files... " " ...It's a sad farewell to the community. I really did enjoy the game but I guess all good things come to an end... ". These two sentences pretty much summarizes the feeling of wrongfull ban. Except that he took it much differently than me. I did say good bye for 2 months but couldn't do it ( I've sent multiple tickets and the timespan between the 2 is 2 moths.). Sadly couldn't get the Plat boarder because of the ban...

Okay these were my most played champions. I'm gonna talk about each of these separately. These are the top scripting champions. Vayne ( definitly one of the top ones, checking multiple scripting sites the vayne scripts are on top). Kalista ( obvious kit for scripting , the passive is just perfect) . Kogmaw (mostly the old kogmaw was the most famouse scripting champions, the movement with 5.0 attack speed was humanly impossible) Xerath ( obvious 4 skillshots) and ofcourse Cassiopeia(mostly the old one). These informations are easly accessable to anyone who has hands and google.

  • Gangplank - 49% win ratio 57 Played

When this guy was reworked I thought they gunned him down in the stree... wait i dont need a ban for being toxic as well. Well seriously I didnt know you could pop his barrels. I thought they were for vision only. Fastforward a little bit, i start maining him. Triple barrels? Every 1/5 times a success but still I was pretty good on him. 49% win ratio, not really script like. Actually can you even script with gp? BRB. Ok i am back. There are scripts for gp , like auto w to instantly remove cc and harrass with q... That can be useful but not really. It would be more annoying than anything. Like if it removes a cc that you dont want it to remove and so on. I just loved playing him , lets move on.

  • Darius 54% 28 Played

Okay I feel dirty I mained this guy when juggeraunts were broken. He's a dumb tank with ridiculous damage. I love 1v2ing top lane ( thats why i also played nasus). Found this online and this is my video of Darius. Okay this video doesnt even show anything because its a replay but I'm showing everything here. Again I don't believe that this champion requires any scripting software. I mean it's not that difficult to spam R.

We're getting to the bread and butter now.

  • Vayne 54% 26 Played (should be number 3 but reddit formatting )

Top scripting champion, I don't have much to say about this , 54% ratio 26 games thats like 14 wins 12 losses. I mean I doubt riot has any replays of me playing her as I am pretty okay-ish at her. I can kite decently but nothing godlike. If i get caught ill probably die. And I haven't played her in a while. And not really playing her that often. I mean i dropped playing adc.

  • Katarina 50% 24 Played

So I do believe katarina is a pretty good champion to script on. I mean her combos if done quickly can be deadly so obviously a machine would be beter than a human right? Well not really its mostly button smashing honestly (doesnt seem to be the case with the new Kat at least,havent tried her yet.) One of the reasons i believe i got banned is because of the last kat game I've played. It was against lux mid and i believe graves jungle (match stats arent available) and i seriously rolled on them both. Was like 17/5 and won the game. Got called a scripter the entire time ( i just thanked them for the compliment).

  • Master Yi 50% 18 Played

Been writing this for around 4.5 hours and gonna run through some of these. Master Yi. What is there to cheat? To right click? I even played him a lot in the past

  • Illaoi 64% 11 Played

Definitely one of my favorites. So fun and can 1v2 1v3 easly. It's sick. love her kit and love her damage output. Such a fun champion. She was rarely played for some reason tho. I don't believe there are scripts for her but ill check. Okay there are and they are for her e and like r w combos idk. Not really useful shes not hard to master but pretty deadly.

  • Annie 60% 10 Played

Well,Annie... Ridiculous how stupid her kit is. Kinda toxic for the game super easy and really rewarding. Even lasthitting is easy with her. Sick champion.

NOTABLE MENTIONS

  • Ezreal 88% 8 Played and
  • Kogmaw 75% 8 Played

Both one of the top scripter champs. I agree this one is fishy. Ezreal I absolutely have no Idea how i have 88% percent , I just kinda liked him and played him. Seriously just kinda good champion overall. For kogmaw, well i played him whe he was absurdly strong. Mostly stood in teamfight and autoed. Haven't played him after he lost his power. I know i am a pleb for doing it but i i played a lot with frieds and we tryharded. On the other note , most of the champios i have 5-10 games have this good winratio (idk whats up with kha and yasuo. I have a penta with kha and yasuo is just kinda hard but still stupid champ )

THOUGHTS

I do believe that Riot system has flaws and gonna be open about it. They banned an account which wasn't using any illegal 3rd party softwares (IE SCRIPTING) . BUT AN ACCOUNT ENTIRELY LEVELED BY SCRIPTS/BOTS WASN'T EVEN WARNED LET ALONE BANNED. HOW IS THIS A THING? As I said to the rioter their system is flawed and I tested it myself. I seriously don't like this injustice that their mistakes have caused me. And I am even more concerned how many other people have been wrongfully banned or even worse,how many actual scripters haven't been banned. I mean If im wrong correct me please. I'm writing this for around 5 hours now. My " N " key is not entirely working so i have to smash it several times for it to work. Some screenshots from league directory . Not too many screenshots i use playstv for when i get a highlight .

So if I scripted they won't remove the ban from my account but I'm 100% ELIGIBLE TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT Tyler1 was IP banned for being toxic so he cannot play league again. So let me get this straight. A toxic player gets more severly punished than a hacker? Why wouldn't the hardcore flamers like tyler be perma muted? But thats not the point. The point is that the account you're hacking on is banned while you're eligible to create a new one. So that means its not an IP ban or any other kind of ban. So why dafuq is my main account which wasn't used in any illegal situation banned? It makes no sense to me whatsoever. Sorry for this long post I was just lost and reddit is the only place i know which might actually help me.

TL;DR got banned permanently on my main account even though it had no interaction with any software deemed forbidden , actually account which should be banned isn't. No help from Riot and no warning.

Having a 3rd party program installed can be detected by the system even if you didn't ever use it.

I was pretty sure I was going to get my account back from a permaban because I have done nothing wrong. "they banned be for 3rd part but I did not use any. (believe what you want) But apparently my computer has something that banned my account I spent countless time and money on, so at the end of the chat I JUST wanted to know WHAT caused my ban because I did not want to repeatedly getting banned on my new account (if I make one) right? NOPE. This is like arresting someone for drug use but not telling the person for what drug (ex. cocaine). At this point, their player support is a joke to me. I will come back when their costumer support

  1. has less attitude
  2. stop repeating the same things no matter what YOU say, making you wonder if it is automated
  3. More capable than "I can't do anything but I have this job of replying to tickets"

Probably not. Ill prob move onto better games but yea.

BTW, if they remove this post, Ill just post it somewhere else because this is a complaint, Riot should stop ignoring valuable player input and consider critical criticisms

I have been banned for some use of illegal software... I am 100% sure there has been some kind of misunderstanding... I have never used any kind of illegal software and I have used alot of money on this account. Please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible.

I only have games, work files, security and music files on my computer.... I keep my computer very clean... I do not know how this happened

I would like to add that my computer is used with my brothers and their account has not been banned.... SO PLZ do not take this as the other 10000 i dont know why i got banned nonsense and look into it as soon as you can.

I accidently submitted 2 tickets. on my other ticket I specificially asked to not give me an unfair answer where you state the obvious stand point from your side. I do not know how sure you are with this decision but I am also speaking to you as a valuable costumer that I have not used any exploits. I am willing to send whatever file you guys need/share my computer for your professional to check. I would like a better solution then " cant share how we proved it but you did it"

Permanent suspensions aren't issued until we are very confident with the decision. Essentially, it's pretty clear to us from our end. There are many individuals that write to us daily asking for information that's pertinent to our investigation in an attempt of exploiting our method. I'm not saying that this was your intention because I believe that it is not the case at all. However, this policy was put in place to protect our detection system and it's something that we must take great precaution on.

So you are telling me that protection of the costumer's money, hard work, and security is none of your concern and only your system matters? I do not care about the method. I want to know what I used? If you are accusing of using it then should I not already know myself what I used? so why is it a problem for you to tell me what I was guilty of? exploit is a vague term. However as ridiculous this is, I thank you for your time as this is not towards you but the system.

I decided to quit spending a penny on league and playing much less is out of the question as I lost the patience and ethusiasm for this game and so will my league team at my university that I created because this is ridiculous and nobody is willing to play to this unfair system.

It is ridiculous to accuse someone of something and provide no evidence. If this is the system, then its clearly very faulty. I hope league will progress further in a better costumer service and detection system as I loved this game.
