Not understand how this is a fair ban

I got a chat ban and a drop in my honor for this but I dont understand how what I did wasnt understandable based on the responses the team gave me.

I only have my chat but the entire time I was playing two of my teammates were constantly flaming me when I was doing bad. I didn't start an argument with him at any point nor did i insult him. He called me r%%%%%%%%%% one point. I will say I called him a dick for doing this. Is there a way I can get this reversed or re-reviewed and with the chats from the other teammates I find this completely unfair but if there is a manual review or someone I could talk to to better understand or something it would greatly appreciated. If the rest of the chat log is needed I mean I think I can get if off of recordings but I dont know. As far as I know I've never been reported before and the times I might have been (though perhaps they were ignored as this is the only ban I have ever received baring when I left a que) so for a drop and a chat ban to happen off of one report I feel is unjust. Ill just explain a little how their system works... this is not my opinion.

Ill just address the edit first since you think saying a proper cuss might be against the rules; it's not. You can swear in league of legends.

When they review reports, they arent looking for who started what. The rules apply to everyone at all times. I know its frustrating losing AND getting flamed by assholes. But context doesnt really matter in terms of the rules. They dont give you a passto break the rules under any circumstance. So if youre being flamed, and you flame back, both individuals will be judged based solely on their chat alone.

Riot expects people to remain neutral or positive in their use of chat. So the best recourse from being flamed, is to mute the flamer. You can disagree with them, but i dont trust people to remain within the rules, so I just advise them to mute in those situations. You can never insult people. Excessive arguing, even without insults, will be counted as punishable.

The chat ban and drop in honor is the minimal punishment. They do not reverse bans unless they were placed in error. Since you engaged in arguements and insulted player(s), they will not reverse your punishment. If you want more official information regarding your punishment, you should file a support ticket. We are just fellow players here and do not have the power to help beyond providing information.

Also, one report in a game, has the same effect as 9. It only takes 1 to trigger the system to review your chat. So telling people to report a player is seen as harassment. Its an attempt to get others to side with you, when there should be no side. You should be focusing on the game, not punishing players.
