Just Received a Permanent Ban

Hello Fellow Summoners. My logs will be below. I was wondering what in them constituted a permanent ban? In my opinion, it was marginal trash talk in the chat log #2 but the 1st chat log was me trying to keep my team from surrendering and trying to stop a Kai'Sa from intentional feeding by warning them about the ability to be permanently banned. Game #2 happened a few days ago (i believe) and Game #1 happened this morning. I am still mentally processing everything and hope someone can shed light on what exactly in Game #1 triggered the ban (other than the player report and whatever it is that they wrote)? My team was literally ahead by a very great margin other than our bot lane whom i planned on helping very soon. I do have a ticket in but I am going to let the internet assault me with the brutal honesty first before they will probably be able to get back to me.

I understand the chances are slim on the ban getting reversed but I am going to try anyways. Good luck to the rest of you on the rift.

You need to think about it this way. Valid reports for in-game toxicity don't result in 10-game chat restrictions, 25-game chat restrictions, 14-day suspensions, or permanent bans. They result in the next level of punishment. Was your last punishment a 14-day suspension? Then yes, these chat logs constitute a permanent ban.

I started reading the log for Game 1, and saw constant accusations of Kai'Sa inting, claiming repeatedly that she'll be banned, calling Akali trash, "you're getting banned," "enjoy your ban," and it kept going. Game 2 is more of the same. When you got a 14-day ban, it specifically and clearly warned you that any negative behavior would result in a ban. Do you think that constant arguments, insults, and harassment are friendly, helpful, positive behaviors? 100% deserved punishment; you're not getting it reversed.

If you got a 14-day ban then yes this was worth a 10 game chat restrictions which will simply stack to a perma. But if not, I don't think this was worth a perma. You insulted your teammates with a bit of pepper.

You had a 14 day ban in the beginning-middle April timeframe. About one month later, you are already resorting to flaming your teammates, blaming them, harassing them, threatening punishments on them, etc. None of that behavior is acceptable, and your 14 day ban stated very clearly that any further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban.

It’s an unfortunate situation but look at it as an opportunity to self improve and not let people get under your skin.

Game 1 you made accusations of inting 11 times. True or not, that would be considered harassment.

I was also curious how long other people who have received a permanent ban and tried to have to reversed had to wait for the "Human" Response.
