System caters to the weak

This system is such bullshit. Everyone gets heated now and then but this system is pure shit. The moment you get fed up with your teammates you try your best and no matter what you do they keep on dying. At first you tell them why... Overextending, staying in lane with no hp after a gank, not warding or simply not reacting to pings. And they keep doing it again and again and again. Then this scenario kicks in: The blame shifts to you because you are correcting them...

And all of a sudden its my fault they all lost their lane and instead of people actually doing stuff and listening to what is told they start to feed and now comes the fun part:

Who gets reported? Exactly...

This game and community... I ahve learned to just mute all this game and stop caring about team mates.

TLDR: Everyone sucks but the one saying why you suck gets the fullfront of his teammates because people cant take any critic on their gameplay so just report the one player trying to get them to learn. Albeit sometimes in a harsh way, people are just such snowflakes

I hate to break it to you but if you get toxic when things don't magically go your way every single time then you're the weak one.

Reports don't mean shit unless you actually broke the rules.

Wanna talk about catering to the weak? Don't get upset when you're losing games, it's going to happen roughly 50% of the time. Accept that your teammates are going to be shitty sometimes and move on.

Who're really the weak ones here?

The ones who can't help but to lash out at those who aren't their Yesmen? OR The ones who take a stand against people with behavior like that?

I've played since the end of Season 1 and no punishments to this day. It really isn't that hard to not flame.

The moment you get fed up with your teammates you try your best and no matter what you do they keep on dying.

That is out of your control, all you can do is your best.

At first you tell them why... Overextending, staying in lane with no hp after a gank, not warding or simply not reacting to pings. And they keep doing it again and again and again. Then this scenario kicks in: The blame shifts to you because you are correcting them...

This is because people want to have pride. They don't que to get lectured by same rating players, they que to get higher rating and prove themselves, and getting told what to do doesn't work with their intentions.

And all of a sudden its my fault they all lost their lane

At that point you mute them.

Who gets reported? Exactly..

If you didn't flame, the reports don't matter. If you did however then you need to reconsider your approach to the chat.

This game and community... I ahve learned to just mute all this game and stop caring about team mates.

You don't need to mute everyone, just the ones who do pointless stuff in chat like flame/argue.

The system caters to people who /mute all at the beginning of every game, and unbind their enter key.

Agreed.

Maybe not the system inherently, but the things it punishes for/how strict its gotten is just catering to weak minded people

100% bullshit. I'm with you man, and they keep the perception that it's perfect by demeaning and censoring anyone who speaks against it. They're really smart about it. Silencing all the voices who are unjustly affected, exemplified by the spam downvotes.

I still have yet to figure out how raging in an online, free to play game, where you have complete atonomy and the player base is composed mostly of teens leads to the rage being seen as strong.

Also, not sure how it is seen as being weak to not want to associate with said players.

It's bad enough to rage from an anonymous position, worse yet is pretending like said person is physically or emotionally "strong".

Yea most people aren't strong enough to overcome being extremely over-sensitive to criticism in competitive environments.
