I understand that previous bans have been for hate speech, and the like, but I remember reading on a loading screen you are allowed to competitively "BS" others, and the problem comes when you make people feel uncomfortable. I was trying to fix up using racial slurs and the like, but I was permanently banned for the chat logs copy-pasted. I only really started making fun of bot lane when they kept making messages to each other in game, which honestly made me feel very alienated, and awkward. It was in agreement throughout pretty much the entire lobby that nobody really liked the duo, so it was widely accepted I was not really making anyone feel uncomfortable. I believe I was perma'd through a bot, rather than manually, because more often than not I'll attempt to tilt opposing laners/junglers in ranked games by typing like "lol" or "nice play" or something of the sort. I would like more clarification on the perma, rather than previously deserved punishments.

I mean, on your 14 day ban it CLEARLY said that the next offense will lead to a permanent ban And your chat logs have toxicity in them, hence the perma ban Sure, your chat logs aren't the most toxic in this world, but after a 14 day ban your account is on very thin ice And yes, a bot perma banned you because the punishment system is automated

I'm happy to hear that your behavior has improved, but the system wants your behavior to be acceptable, not just less unacceptable than what you have demonstrated in the past.

From Riot's support knowledgebase:

Do not threaten or repeatedly tell a player you will report them. Doing so can encourage players who are already negative to continue their behavior. Whether they know they are being reported or not has no bearing to whether the system will act on them. But most importantly, repeatedly threatening or arguing with a negative player can end up derailing the game for everyone else and then open yourself up to reports and possible disciplinary action as well. Avoid negative thoughts and useless chatting with poor performing teammates! Focus on victory by muting the offending player and then reporting them at the end of the game.

Do not ask other players in the match to report the offending player. It only takes one report for our systems to review a game. Additional reports will not do anything for the offending player; however as mentioned above, it could open yourself up to a report of your own; especially if you are derailing the match by constantly demanding reports of other players.

Except, perhaps, for the duo. People you don't like still count as people, and they probably reported you.

to answer your question. excessively calling for reports is bannable. especially for someone's been suspended before.

competitive bs is friendly banter at the enemy team such as [nice flash X] not harassing your allies and asking other to report them. also you should note that after 14 days ban you are on thin ice so next punishment is also the last for the account .

except the duo you was harassing who you made uncomfortable and so they reported you, note that numbers of reports dont matter nor it does matter how many find your behavior acceptable if theres 1 player who did not find it acceptable

1 report is enough to trigger a review and more does nothing btw.

you can try your luck and send a support ticket but i dont think they will remove the punishment as you was asking for reports a lot which is a punishable behavior

thats what friendly banter look like and those are not punishable afaik.
