dont you love troll pickers that do not get what they want so they troll pick? (he wanted adc didnt get it he troll picked) what do i do now? i cant report him or anything cuz someone dodge

How is liss support a troll pick? She's got so much peel. Just becuase you don't see liss support often, doesn't mean she's not viable.

The problem is simply that when you get a support you aren't used to having you immediately call it a troll pick.
Do you truly not see the inherent flaw in this mindset? When you learn each character more in-depth you will come to understand what they bring to the table and how they can help you and how you can play with them.
It simply takes time, you'll get there with enough play experience and practice.
