Teambuilder Bs?

Hello Ive been playing team builder recently and for some reason whenever i play team builder There is a 65% higher chance that people in team builder are toxic. When i play normal no one is really that toxic but when i play team builder its like playing with bronze 5 afking after one death (from my teambuilder games) Does anyone else encounter this? where people are more toxic in team builder and are less toxic in normal?
