I have no idea why i was accused and banned for using a third party software. I have only played a few ranked matches and was still unranked and usually queued up with a similar friend for many games. I randomly got the email and tried to log in. I do not understand what happened and I am sad about it.
Yeah, are you banned for scripting or botting? If you are banned for botting, well its over, dont buy/use botted accounts. If you are banned for scripting, theres hope. Submit a ticket to Player Support and be patient and polite and precise. Remember YOU are not accused of scripting as an individual. The account is banned, not you. "Somebody" used script on your account. Only they can investigate and remove the ban if they think you are not responsible. The "good" thing is that at the moment nobody can access your account. These are the possibilities:
1/ You share your account with a friend/relative/booster and that person used scripts on your account. You re held responsible and the ban will remain. 2/ You left your account opened unattended in a cybercafe or during a sleepover and somebody used scripting software in your game(s). You re held responsible and the ban will remain. 3/ You were truly hacked because of weakness(es) in your online habits (weak password is the most common) and a hacker used scripts with your account. Player Support may revert the ban if their investigation proves you re not responsible.
