About Leaverbuster and Submitting Tickets

I'm on a Leaverbuster lpq right now. My lpq is a 20 minute wait.. ugh. I submitted a ticket because the reason I was leaving games was because my laptop was just trash.. it was an HP I got from college that had a manufacturer recall because of the OS.. and I reverted it to Windows 7. I have 3g and 5g wifi and the HP couldn't connect to 5g.. needless to say the game liked to crash. So I get why Leaverbuster exists because I also hate being a man down in games. But I just got a new ASUS and can hop on 5g, so I submitted a ticket hoping they would at least reduce the lpq. I guess my question is if anyone knows how successful these tickets are. What can I expect?

it certainly wasn't fair to the 9 other people per game who were impacted by your tech problems.

From what we've been told, Leaverbuster is a standalone system. No one is able to modify LPQ at all. No one can manually assign LPQ. No one can reduce or remove it.

There are no buttons with that function.

If your equipment doesn't run League well, yeah, that's on you.

Several years ago, I had a computer that was a few steps above a toaster. I stopped playing on that computer. Now, my home's internet has a tendancy to lag. I don't play from home, and take my laptop somewhere with more reliable internet.

If your laptop overheats, maybe you should look at one of those cooling pads ($20-30 on Amazon). Just, please test it in Training Mode or with a high-resource solo game before going back into a multiplayer.
