Banned for no reason?

UPDATE: A few days later they just replied with the original copy pasted response again and closed the ticket as 'solved'

The other day I played 3 flex games with my friends and didn't type anything toxic in the chat at all. The next day I log on and my account is suspended for 14 days with nothing but "We can't display chat logs for this punishment right now. Contact Player Support for more detailed info." So I contact support, asking what I was banned for as they haven't even attached any chat logs, and after two days of being banned they reply with "Your issue is currently being handled on ticket #41051545. Please forward all of your questions and concerns to the request listed above to prevent confusion."

That ticket is the already-closed ticket just stating that I was suspended "for making comments towards other players that could be considered a threat." I still have no idea what comments they're talking about, they still haven't shown me any chat logs or told me anything about it. I can't reply to that ticket as it's already solved, so basically I waited two days for a useless reply and I still have no clue what I even did to 'deserve' this ban.

Apparently in season 9 it's fine to just ban your player base for no reason, then not provide evidence of what you're banning them for, and then completely dodge any questions trying to figure this out. I worked hard to get my honor level up and I need my account for scrims, very unimpressed with riots justice system.

If they stated that you were banned, "for making comments towards other players that could be considered a threat."

Then you can't really claim you were banned "for no reason". They gave you the reason.

Make another ticket asking for the logs.

In my experience these types of cases are usually due to a player sending death threats through private messages or are threats that expose information about the person being threatened in the first place.

You can try filing another support ticket and discussing it with a support agent directly if you can get through to them. If this ban was actually unjust, I'm sorry and it's a really shitty situation to be in.

The next time I get banned I am going to do a experiment with my new account. The test will be to never say anything and just mute everyone. And then play the game the way I want. I really want to see if you could get banned for nothing. Like in Overwatch.

I got chat banned in Overwatch even though I muted mics and chat. Then they said I was chat banned for the next 10 games. xDDDDDDDD

Did you type any "jokes" in game or in private chat?
