Dynamic Que Hurting Competitiveness And Promoting Team Trolling/Harrassment At The Lower Ranks

IMO i believe dynamic que is a fun alternative for some, but is also hurting some aspects of the game and creating a more toxic and less competitive low ranking community. I have just recently had an account perma-banned due to the fact that I was in ranked and had 4 games in a row with quad que's. I was reported for god knows what in 3 of those games, simply for not doing what the pre-made team wanted and when they wanted it. The moment i started being harrassed i muted them all and asked them to be positive as I KNOW negativity kills your chances of winning a game. In 2 of these games i tried doing what they wanted and they still raged me. There was no winning with any of these pre-made teams as most at bronze-gold level believe they know it all and refuse to be cooperative and play as a team with the only person not in their group. I know for a fact i am not the only person who has had this happen to them, as i have asked around quite extensively. The fact of the matter is this...Players should be given the OPTION to play with pre-mades or to not. Not be forced into dealing with the troll/harassing teams etc. The account i am referring to is only silver 4, but due to these factors it is becoming increasingly difficult to rank up. I'm not trying to make excuses for my lack of ranking up, but this is a huge problem and only promotes toxicness amongst the lower ranks. I would consider this the biggest issue amongst lower ranks. People who are trying to win get extremely upset in ranked especially when with a trio/quad que and the pre-mades decide to troll..harrass..feed..etc. This seems the same as "aggrevated assault" in the fact that riot allows this to keep happening and punishes not the people doing the aggrevating but the people who get upset at the aggrevaters, which in-turn is making the community even more toxic. I know many people who are in bronze-gold who started the game as positive and respectful players but turned into what riot considers "toxic" due to these factors that seem to never get addressed...i believe this to be a major issue and believe we need harsher punishments for group harrassment/trolling/intentional feeding etc. Maybe im being "butt-hurt" but tell that to anyone who has experienced this and im sure you will get the same response. I would LOVE some feedback on the issue and maybe some tips on how to deal with this if there is one...I PRAY for the day that solo que comes out and know there will be "trolls/feeders/harrassers even there, but atleast i wont get 4 quad ques in a row that all enjoy trolling peoples ranked games saying "were just having fun". There is no line anymore between normal/ranked modes. PLS RITO< LOW LEVEL PLAYERS NEED SOLO QUE! :)...TY for your time ..GL HF ALL!
