not too long ago i was perma suspended/banned whatever ive been through multiple tickets and have jumped through many hoops just to try to get a reply as to why my account was randomly suspended, now i may not have made the best choices in the past, and reforming is a thing, but prior to my ban, i dont remember doing anything that screamed, "im an asshole, fuck you kids, im afking and diving towers all night long" type of shit, the riot support staff were very vague with their details, and as far as my research is concerned, this has happened a lot, like, a shit ton. one night im asking about my brothers old account and how long did they think it would be before his name would be taken (he doesnt play anymore and the account hasnt been touched in years, just wanted to keep his name and account alive so i could kinda relive my childhood a little y'know?) and then it just happened, i wake the next day to a email stating account sharing is against the terms of use and my account was suspended due to suspicious activity, they didnt have any evidence to back their assumption or claim or whatever the fuck that was lol, nor did they disclose any info about my account to me, the account holder and original creator. look, ive played this game for 7 years, i know that doesnt give me any special rights or leeway or anything, but the most i can ask for is for people to be as real with the people who spend money on their game, as they could be. i kept sending in tickets and i kept getting the same replies, just from different rioters, and just worded differently, it felt like they just didnt want to fuck with me anymore, its like when ur in a relationship for 7 years with someone and you wake up one day and everything is gone, with a note that says, "i assumed you cheated on me last night even though we were together the entire time, so good luck, and go fuck yourself" and you attempt to contact them and wanting to ask them what you did wrong, and what happened, and they just reply with, "i think you cheated on me with another person, goodbye" and then the last attempt feels like, "the number you have dialed is..." etc. honestly, its okay if they assumed i was doing some sneaky shit, i get it, its their job, they gotta be aware and look outside the box, but it just doesnt feel right, it feels like i got robbed, they just assumed i did something wrong, let me know how they felt, and told me to fuck off, im not sure what more i can do but just sit here and wait and fill out the same tickets over and over, hoping one of the reps will eventually look into it and actually voice their opinion or give me some insight as to what the hell happened, but i mean it is what it is, life shits on you, nothing new haha. I guess im more interested and also really disappointed that they dont even have a online support thing, or some website where you can actually chat with a rioter or something other than the tickets system, because really, that shit just doesnt work, a lot of accounts get banned or suspended accidentally just because one of the employees didnt do their job well enough, they didnt care enough to dig deeper, idk, if anything some closure would be nice, i've spent a good chunk of my life and a good chunk of money enjoying this game, its just a shame i cant enjoy it as much as if i had made another account, it wouldnt be the same y'know? this is more of a rant than anything and no will read this and no one will care, and thats fine, people will people but just in case someone feels the same or just stopped by and didnt want to read this...

tldr:

account suspended/banned (perma i think??) because support staff doesnt have the time of day and is always busy i guess..any help from a rioter would be much appreciated, thx

It's hard to determine exactly what Support may be telling you without, you know, seeing the conversation.

Anyway, with a few things you said it sounds like you told Support you had access to his account or made it sound like you did, in order to "keep it alive"; and therein lies the issue. You are not allowed to have access to anyone else's account, which would explain why they locked it. Again, I've got to make a lot of assumptions here without seeing the ticket. Would you mind posting images or copy-pasting the ticket here? (edit out all account/personal information please)

the whole message would be able to tell us what you were punished for.

This is also an assumption, as there seem to be two different accounts being talked about here, yours and your brothers... But it sounds like you were talking to support about your brother's account, and they locked it for suspicious activity. That is NOT the same thing as a permaban. It's policy to lock an account if they think it has been compromised, which if someone other than the owner contacted them regarding it, would imply. In that case, your brother would need to contact them and provide enough information regarding the account to prove that he is the owner of it, and it can be unlocked. Provided he doesn't say "Yes, I let my brother use my account." Which is account sharing, and would get the account permabanned, as it is not allowed.
