inting sion has to be the most annoying thing the ever came across league of legend there shoudlnt be a champion that dies and does more dmg to towers then our ADC and their ADC did to champions.

First off - I don't like either of the names presently used for the tactic ("Inting Sion", "Strategically Minded Sion"), so I propose a new name; "Deathsiege Sion". It's badass, and it remains clear about the two biggest facts about the tactic: 1. It's a heavily siege-oriented tactic, and 2. It involves dying.

Second - while I don't know much about the tactic itself (never seen it in practice/explained in depth), I'm pretty sure that (given it involves dying to create lane pressure), teams who know the tactic can work around it, and as long as there is that ability to play against it properly, I'm not sure Riot will consider putting a damper on that playstyle.

As an example, look at the issue of Gold Funneling that popped up around mid-season. Riot assessed that it was a problematic playstyle (zero interaction, little in the way of actually dealing with it), and nerfed it squarely (putting a debuff on Jungle items as well as some rounded nerfs to some big issue funnel Champions, like Karthus, Taric, and Master Yi).

If Deathsiege Sion has no counterplay/interaction to it (I'm pretty sure it has both, correct me if I'm wrong), then I can't imagine Riot doing something to "fix" it.

EDIT: This all said, I only just now realized that this is less of a concern for Player Behavior, and more for Gameplay.
