Calling someone a "c - - -" or "mother f - - - - -" or "r - - - - - - - piece of s - - -" is cool in Riot's book and players can carry on their merry way, but calling someone a f-a-g for griefing you in your jungle grounds for a 14-day suspension & honor termination? I want to know, where does Riot actually draw their line for tolerance of behavior in this game?
Incorrect. Calling people any of what you provided could lead to a punishment. However, f##, is a zero tolerance phrase and gets an escalated punishment
Generally, anything that insults is a problem. Anything that insults or demeans a group is a bigger problem.
So, if I call someone a "fucking idiot", that's not okay. If I start throwing around bigoted slurs, I'm going to get the hammer and deservedly so.
There is a difference between a hate word and a offensive word.
It's too vulgar if it's against a troll, inter, or griefer. If it's against someone who is doing poorly but is actually doing their best, it's acceptable.

No, any vulgarity used to insult people is against the rules. You can be vulgar as long as its not directed insults towards someone (to an extent ofc). Or you can stick to nonvulgar insults like idiot, dork, dumb, and get punished. Its more about insulting people than the vulgarity.

That is the main problem with Riot's enforcement of the rules and their culture in general. There arent any lines. It is all subjective with context not mattering at the same time. Nothing is clear.
