Would it be considered account sharing if someone logs onto my account, but doesn’t play any games?

I wont have access to a computer until tomorrow, but I want to talk to my friends that I only know on the client. My mobile device wont connect to my account, and I’m afraid it might be banned, if so, I don’t know why. Is it bannable to ask my friend irl to log onto his laptop and my account to see what is wrong?

Sharing any account information with anyone would be considered account sharing, regardless if they do or don't play any games, so I suggest you don't do that if you value the security of your account (in multiple senses, since you can be banned for this). Shared Accounts are against the ToS. I suggest you just wait until you have access to your computer to check. The game isn't going anywhere, and having someone else check isn't going to fix anything for you. It could make things a whole lot worse though.

when accounts get banned you can still login and see a message saying it's banned

If it won't connect it's probably an issue with your phone/connection. If you can check your e-mail check it. I don't think you can be banned for that unless you told someone about sharing the account.
