Suspension Email never recieved?

Dear Riot,

I never received the Email for my suspension, I would like to see the evidence against me. I do my best to hold back anger at players that intent feed but it sometimes overwhelms me. If possible please resend the Email so that I can look over the evidence and if needed agrue an appeal.

Two things I feel are not reasons to be chat restricted for that I guess are "against" the rules. 1- calling out players that die in fights they know or should know they are going to lose. 2- Asking for others to report...You are asking for other players to either agree or disagree with you on a topic. If they agree then they will report if not then you will be reporting by yourself...either way asking for reports is no different then asking for honors. If asking for reports is "unsportsmanlike" then saying "honor XXXXXX" should be just as bad.
