Fix your ban system

I have been recently perma banned on my main account for being "toxic" to 2 players who were literally trolling/inting my game. It's funny how the ones who are purposely trying to ruin my competitive experience are the ones who are still allowed to play the game. But the moment I say something in chat against them, I'm the one who gets punished. Instead, of trying to ban the ones who are "toxic" in chat, ban the trolls. Like think about it, if there were no trolls in the game there wouldn't be a need for people to flame others since everyone is actually trying to play to their potential. Trolls are the reason why people are being "toxic" in chat.

Toxic dialogue is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to verify than troll behavior.

When someone is playing poorly or simply not playing in a way you think they should, they aren't necessarily trolling.

It takes multiple reports of trolling to trigger a manual review in which someone needs to determine if said person is INTENTIONALLY making the game difficult for their team, and even that is subject to interpretation.

If you use specific words or phrases, your account can be automatically banned by a computer system that is designed to detect those phrases. There is no review, no need for a human, and no chance for appeal. What you said in chat is indisputable. Less severe toxicity might trigger a review, but the evidence is still clear. 99% of the time, little to no context is needed to make a determination, .. mostly because what a lot of people seem to think is not toxic, definitely is. ... and I think even they know that.

The rules don't state that you're allowed to break the rules as long as you think someone else is trolling.
