Unjust Ban to Summoner BrankM8

Greetings members of the League of Legends Community and Riot Games!

As a summoner, I was wrongfully convicted of extremely inflammatory and offensive comms. The charges are false and I have not said a single toxic thing upon the game he was charged for. I strive everyday to study the game, get better every day, and learns from it as often as I can, often times working as though I were in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

The justice system in League of Legends has found me guilty where some of my teammates and enemy players flamed me all game, with the likes of calling me trash, garbage, and other vile messages while I would have simply responded with "noted in my report" to each and every player flaming him. Though summoner support always says to never tell someone you will report them, my intentions were to let them think out loud that they are overstepping boundaries and really hurting feelings out there.

Throughout the game duration, I would experiment with a build, while my irelia would follow me, while also chasing with flash when out of danger typing in all chat "follow me pyke is this way" while I was invisible looking for a play. (Played Pyke that match)

Please members of the community, Riot Games, League Gods, notice this dire message! Please say no to people abusing the system, please help victims like BrankM8 and their voices be heard. I know times in the past were quite not the brightest moments, but upon my last suspension I turned things around, started commending people for majority of plays, and communicating much more. In the last 2 months I have juiced out at least 200 games while on the journey to full fledged reformity, or reformed status. I still believe I am on the path, but this game in flexed rank denied me toward the path.

Please help Riot review the case officially, and to review the ticket which was submitted yesterday to The 0rphan Riot Games Player Support. I would not be posting this if I knew I had no chance, because I believe that the innocent will prevail! My only wish is to have an audience to defend myself before the courts. Notice me Riot!

Regards, BrankM8.

No one reasonable is going to be supporting your case with zero to work on.

When you're punished by the system it usually gives you a card-like message that contains either one to several chat logs that contributed to your punishment (in the case of chat related punishment), or match history links (in the case of griefing related punishment).

If you are so innocent, post logs.

Alot of people here have seen many of these posts and will most likely find alot of punishanle things. The fact you dont already have them posted already makes me lose hope

If you were banned for flaming you should have gotten your chatlogs. Post them here.

Calling for reports is reportable, it only takes one to flag a review. Any more is useless

Unjust Ban to Summoner BrankM8

Let's see, to be banned you have to have shown a history of mild to moderate toxicity, OR you had to have a few instances of extreme toxicity.

Though summoner support always says to never tell someone you will report them,

You freely admit that you knew it was wrong...

my intentions were to let them think out loud that they are overstepping boundaries and really hurting feelings out there.

Intentions don't matter here. You were not helping the situation by calling for them to be reported. All you did was inflame the situation, making it worse. You telling someone that you are going to report them is considered to be negative chat behavior (aka toxic behavior). If you got to the point of a ban, you knew that your account was on thin ice, because you would have had (at minimum) a 14-day ban before.

You chose not to heed the warning of the temporary suspension, thus you suffer the consequences of not changing your behavior.

Tough luck.
