Leagues ban system

Ive been playing league since season 2 and ive never been banned or had problems dealing with toxic people over the years but i quit playing for about 8 months to a year so i still understand how league works but ive been chat restricted and just got banned from league today. im not saying i dont deserve it but i feel like yall dont even look and see what happens in the whole game bc both times i got banned was for standing up to the people on my team who are having a bad game like it happens to everyone so i dont really mad when someone "Feeds" according to the community i cant even try to defend players who are still new to the game and still trying to learn how to play . for example i was playing with my friend who only had his pc for about 5 months. he has been playing league and he is still not vary good. hes still learning the concept of the game so i try to let people know that hes still new. But in this game he was doing okay but the jungle was flaming him and the jungler was doing even worse then he was. So we told to relax its okay we will win but no this guys go ahead and calls him the n word. so i get mad bc that not okay at all so i start being toxic back but i dont say anything that bad maybe a curse word or two but i get reported by the person that going overboard and i get banned from what i said. witch is kinda bull bc i am player who hates the toxic community. And i was at a honor 4 and now cant even get out from honor 1 bc of this system. just feel like league should put a little bit more effort into looking into these reports bc its kinda dumb that the person who is the cancer of the game still can get people banned. now i have a 2 week ban and i cant even play the one game i love witch sad after all the hours i put and the mooney i spent this happens league needs to fix there system or try a little harder bc rn to me they dont really care on who gets banned and who doesn't.
