Warning but with no email.

Hey I got a warning a few days ago was a bad night for me and I probably shouldn't have logged onto league of legends. Anyways I log in and the game tells me I have been punished but i have no emails and my honor is still at level 2 im just curious what punishment did I receive? My account has never been punished before. thanks for help in advance.

just got some keys and an honor ranking i guess i wasn't punished? Time to learn not to play when im upset.

it said i got ive been punished it just said it again today when i logged on but still honor 2 1/3 idk whats going on.
