So one day I have this extremely excellent idea

VAYNE TOP, EVERYBODY HATE VAYNE TOPLANE RIGHT ? SO VAYNE MUST BE SUPER STRONG IN THE TOP LANE RIGHT ?

No

It was horrible, a nightmare. I was so useless that their Corki just ignored me and attacked our Shen. But that isn't the point, the point is that our Ekko was super mad (this was in normal btw) and it was understandable, but instead told me to kill myself or get cancer, he called me "doggie".... I mean wut ??? So maybe in some other culture, call someone a puppy is some form of insult ?? He just "doggie talk", "stupid doggie", and I was really confused. Am I suppose to be mad about it ?

I mean I guess he was trying to insult you, but it's whatever if you didn't take any offense to it. I can't blame you for playing Vayne top because you yourself admitted that it was understandable for Ekko to be upset. It's apparent that you learned the error of your ways while remaining unaffected by his verbal abuse. Good job.

I think it's some kind of cultural thing. I think some Asians use dog as an insult. This is a perfect example of people being selective in what they take offense to and why all toxicity should be treated equal. I am not offended when someone tells me to get cancer, to kill myself, anything really. I just don't care what strangers online say. But some people think that saying kill yourself should be treated more harshly. Or something about cancer (my mom has breast cancer, doesn't mean I take it personally). But then these same people don't give a shit if they are called a dog, or if someone talks shit about republicans or religious people. It's hypocritical. Either punish all toxicity equally, or don't punish it at all. You don't get to pick n choose what is more offensive. In some cultures, being called a dog is as offensive as insulting a black man's mom. (In my experience, black people tend to take "yo mama" jokes more to heart than other races, yes racist, but I'm just speaking from what I experience and observe)
