Hey, let me just explain the situation real quick.

In early months of 2018, i stopped playing League due to its state. I have been playing every other game except the League. Since my account is almost 10 years old, and, i have all the victorious skins since season 3, i was like "Why not have them all after all". I logged in, finished my placements in Gold 1 (highest peak was Diamond 2 in season 6) and i didn't get any rewards whatsoever. I emailed their support about this issue but they are making up story that i was banned on 12th of July, 2018 which is incorrect due to my playtime in that specific month AND i have not received an email regard this matter. Makes me believe that Riot doesn't care about anyone anymore and that they will make up stories to not give you anything for free. If anyone experienced the same thing, please do let me know.

I mean, I'm not saying they couldn't be wrong about your account being banned (but I doubt they are), but seriously dude? You think they care about giving you a skin that you can't buy anyway? You think they have time to make up stories not to give unbuyable skins? Or do you think you're somehow special and they are just wronging you out of all players?

Is there any chance somebody else could have been playing on your account? It seems unlikely that Riot would actively be lying about this, and it seems equally unlikely that the system is so messed up to the point where somebody could falsely appear to have received a punishment.

That said, since your name consists of unusual characters, I'd ask them to make sure that there has not been any name confusion. I don't think that should have effected the systems giving out rewards, but it might have made the support look up a wrong account and in the process give a wrong response.

Another option (though I think that one is rather unlikely) would be that the same problem has resulted in your account receiving a manual ban that was supposed to go to somebody else.

So, i glanced back through your history and saw that you did have a game on 7/12, then took a 3 month break. If the email got botched its certainly possible you got a 14 day ban there and didn't notice. What is your current honor level?

I'm prettt sure they dont send out emails when you get banned. Got a 14 day earlier in the year and only found out after 2 days of not playing then hopping on for a game. Also sucks you didnt get your skin, victorious orinna is probably the best one theyve made in recent years

Well then their system got messed up, but i'm more than sure that i was never banned in 2018. No one is special, we're all the same i suppose but still dude. It's just sad.

a ban doesnt gate you from rewards unless you were still below honor 2, i doubt they're lying and even if they were which wouldnt make sense theres absolutely no motive for something they can lose their job over its a bot that gives out the rewards to people that meet the requirements

Inactive accounts are typically prey for hackers. They hack those accounts and use them to bot / test out scripts / elo boost others.

If you think your account has been used without your consent, you can ask Riot Support to forward you to the fraud department and have them investigate whether there was any suspicious activity going on.

If they did find out about suspicious activities, you can ask them to review whether the punishments happened during that time and if it did, they will revert the punishments.

I believe him. They banned my account for botting when I have never botted. Currently waiting on reply to ticket, but my op.gg is public just like any other profile so any of you doubting my words can go check.

Oh god guys, out of the millions of people who were given the free skin and champion, they've finally specifically chosen this guy to deny it! He's good, I didn't think anyone would be smart enough to see through Riot's immense greed.

I'm pretty sure you don't receive rewards if you're not Honor level 2 or above.... Judging from what you've said you must not of had enough time to reach that honor level. If this is the case you have until February something, 2019 to reach honor level 2, that is assuming you've not received a ban this year, of anything more than a chat restriction ....

Don't worry man I also understand. I got a 2 week ban for a game where I was getting flamed and I was trying to get everyone to stop flaming so we could just play the game and get it over and done with. I sent a ticket but since riots support teams head is up their ass they can't get rid of their pride for just a little bit to admit they're wrong. I was persistent and kept sending tickets but at one point they became passive aggressive saying they were right and I was wrong and then said if I replied again they would close the ticket. Riot is a dog shit company that stopped caring about us and they won't begin caring about us until we show them that we have control over them aswell as them having control over us. The don't give 2 fucks about us.

Reading this its also highly possible that you knew you got banned that's why you stopped playing for 3 months and just forgot about it. They don't send out emails at all for temporary bans (recently). And after you get banned you start at 0 honor level. And you need to be at least honor rank 2 to get the ranked rewards.

This is just me. But i highly doubt a multimillion company would go out of their way and lie to you just so they don't give you a free skin. So it is very unlikely that riot would just conjure up a story since the person that replied to you about your ban is most likely a bot.

Um, what about honor level at that time? It does matter for this season sadly. You may need a certain honor level to get rewards.

My advise - dont play the game or dont make up stupid stories or you will end up in a nuthouse (i hope you actually will for the safety of others)
