Chat restrictions

hey folks so i just have a question regarding how the ''toxic'' punishment system works. So i today i received my tenth chat restriction but ive recently heard that if you get punished too much you'll eventually get perm banned? is this true?. if so, how many punishments does it take before you get suspension?. i currently have a 10 games chat restrictions but sometimes its 25 and ive been playing since july last year, so if im at risk reaching a perm ban i should /mute all, not because i flame, which i never do, but talking too much in general or trying to ''defend'' yourself has a higher risk punishing you than telling other people to take their own lives which i get told daily(rant)
