Hextech key fragments-How can we tell when the drops reset?

I have not received a key fragment in about two weeks, and I was wondering how we can tell when the monthly drop rate will reset. I was wondering if there could be a system put into place so we can see either what the current drop rate is, how many drops we have left, or just when it resets. If anyone else is kind of frustrated about the system, help everyone out and have this be seen and add your own ideas for how it could work.
