My ban was not fair at all, i came off a 14 day ban, about half a year ago

To provide some context, the game that i played before my permaban, was with the same player who target banned me, this player kept afking when he died, he perhaps afkd/dc around 7 times in the game, she would disconnect, and she never once pinged her ms, or said she was lagging, so i assume it was rage. She also intentionally fed in a clever way. He would run it down the side lanes, pushing non stop until an enemy came and killed him for pushing. I understand if perhaps he didnt know, but we told him over and over again, to stop, and to team up to take objectives. He refused, and i kept asking him why he was doing this, since the game was so winnable, and his charm could litteraly end the game for us. He simply said because we flamed him [pinged him when he did something questionable like running into the team 1v5] and didnt help him. So to get back at us, he would never come and team effectively making the game a 4v5, and would just push side lanes till she died. Well i understood it was a loss, and didnt care much since it happens. Well fast foward to next game, same player Jihibuakai, target bans my tryndamere, despite me clicking him in the menu before the champ select.
