Why are bronze with silver

So recently I played and sw that even tho I was s3 I always get atleast 1 from bronze...I mena no offence to no1 but why on earth are silver players put in with the bronze players ...I mean what is the use of playing for promo if the next 10 games you get 1 b5 0p who is trolling and its always some1 from bronze who is trolling again no offence...Why dont you just make bronze and above put gold...I lost several promos cuz of ppl who are trolls and I am saying here not that they are bad they are bad on purpose and dont give a damn about you loseing or winning....last case Prcek91 who was the adc in my last game from promo agian to silver 3(yes I got demoted cuz of this ppl)...not to mention i lost promo to s1 or gold dont recall...I am not saying I am the best player but I never feed on purpose or good as 1 person stated jungle golem while the team fights Why riot make this elo sistem if its not respected at all...I am really pissed off about this investing so much time to get to promo then get this person and similar ppl ....You guys should either put bronze with bronze or just make 1 league for bronze and silver to get to gold str8 up...not to mention ppl who q as supp or fill and then say I am adc I go adc I dont care....what is the use of that q position if 30% dont respect it and above it they also go and troll cuz ofc they dont care about 1 more lost game when your b5 0points you cant go any lower....Make a sistem to get this trolls out of the game or ppl including myself will stop playing it ...I know you dont care for 1 out of milions but 1+1+1+n might see the wow phenomenon going...

No offense, but you if you blame your team mates for being "bronze", you are truly the little one. One of the most abused concepts of ranked is "elo hell", which is caused by "cancerous" team mates. But, are you saying that you are so weighted down by a lower elo player, that you can't handle ranked matches? Maybe you should be lowered down to another elo.

I'm not saying that you are bad, but if you blame your team mates for your loses, you truly need to re-evaluate.

Bronze players can queue with silvers. It isn't rare to see them at your elo, since people duo. Like what Ddampierre said, "If your blame your teammates." Your not Self-Improving, There are so many things you could do to change the flow of a game.
If you blame your teammates for your losses. Then the next game you play. You continue that pattern and you'll keep asking yourself "Why am I playing with Bronze Players" and you only tilt yourself and walk blind down the path. Rank isn't about how your team players but what you yourself can improve as a player.

Eventually when you grasp that, rank will like the LCS for you.
