Wishing death to my family...

So, I played a flex game couple days ago with a premade friend, and the entire team consisted of people of the same nation. Game wasn't going well, bot lane was losing the 2v2 very hard, top was losing the 1v1 as well, so the top Yasuo and the bot Vayne decided to flame me (jungle Jarvan). I mean, ok, flame me w/e, but afterwards, they started the serious insults and offensive behavior. They started wishing cancer and death to my family etc, all that in our native language.

I for sure reported them after the game, even typed what was said in the chat. I waited one day, waited another day, and I still see no Instant Feedback Report on people getting punished. I checked their match history and they are still playing games normally.

So, how is this fair? It's not that they did it one time or something. I can understand flaming someone, calling someone an idiot, if you are extremely tilted in one game and they fail hard or troll or AFK (even though I'd prefer it didn't happen), but taking it to a whole new level and wishing death to family members, well, if it was up to me, those players would be getting a permanent ban at least, maybe even IP ban as well.

There should be zero tolerance for such behavior. It's one thing to call someone an idiot, which you can kinda roll over and not give out a punishment, but how can you not punish this behavior? How is this ok?

It's funny, because it's always that the people who flame and type it in chat are the ones punished, while the trolls and the feeders rarely ever do. But it seems like lately, not even people who type in chat are getting punished. And it's a big deal and a big scale of flaming. Sometimes, I don't bother reporting people for calling me an idiot, especially if I ruin their game by my bad gameplay, but this is crossing the line.

I WANT RIOT TO READ THIS, AND I WANT THEM TO MESSAGE ME PERSONALLY SO THAT I CAN GIVE THEM THE NAMES OF THOSE PLAYERS. I DEMAND THOSE PLAYERS TO BE PERMABANNED.

IP ban for wishing something? You are confusing death threats with death wishes. Death THREAT is serious thing. Death WISH is just minor negativity that can barely trigger chat restriction. You cant punish harshly someone for wishes.

If you reported them the system will take care of it. Riot wont personally contact you for their names.

1.) The system takes a while to actually go through and issue a punishment it's not always instantaneous especially if those players have no history of poor behavior or little of it.

2.) Depending on how they typed it, the system might not recognize. I know it recognizes languages such as Spanish, French and Mandarin because I have reported and gotten the feedback for those but unsure about yours (I only speak those 4).

3.) Riot will not answer this thread. Your best bet is to submit a support ticket with a screenshot of that chat

4.) My personal opinion -- you need to move on. This is the internet people will tell you way worse. While it's not in any way acceptable, obsessing over it afterwards to the point of remembering those players' names and bothering to check their match history is not healthy whatsoever (i.e. get over it).
