I miss this account, why are there no cases of giving accounts back? i worked hard to earn the rewards on the account and spent more than 100 on skins. its been years since and i even have a high honor account with no grievances to prove I don't abuse the ban rules anymore. i made this account in 2013 6 years ago. I feel as though I've learned my lesson.
Because it took a permanent ban to cause you to start behaving. If Riot gave accounts back, then the permanent ban would not be an effective punishment anymore.
Furthermore, Riot does not want players who are permanently banned to return (and in fact, most leave). The fact that there is no good way to prevent you from making a new account does not mean they want you to, nor does it mean that they will encourage you to keep playing League by providing you your old account back.
Permanent bans are PERMANENT You had your chances, but you blew them and now your account is gone permanently

No you didn't. That's the same thing every permabanned player says. People don't change.
Even if riot gave permabanned players a second chance, they'd just get permabanned again. Because as i previously stated, people don't change.
You ignored the rules and now your account is gone forever. Deal with it.
