About permanent ban

Hi, I am jungle player and when I played game every lane started to blame me about their death and curse at me. I was just trying to level up since game started and I was still level3 but other people just died because they were keep pushing their lane. but they always blame me every single game and they reported me. Well, I just responded to their curse at me but I never curse back to them but end of the game they all reported me... So.. with all the respect gm and board of committe look at all chat record and release my ban please.. is it because I'm jungler all player blame me for their lose?
