Loading Screen Issues causing minor/short DCS, Punished

Every now and then my computer will freeze at the loading screen and my ping will be fine with me at 100%. I take this as a cue that I have loaded and am waiting for others to load, so I just wait. I have experienced 8+ minute loading screen times before, but sometimes it just doesn't finish loading on my end, and my teammates see me standing in game, supposedly AFK. I can't possibly know the difference between a loading connection snag and someone's slow connection messing up what I'm seeing.

The game sees you as AFK as well and gives you a warning, but you can't see it. You're at the loading screen. After some time, I end up CTRL-ALT-DEL and seeing if that will fix the issue. This has happened 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months, so I've been put on "Low Priority Queue." I'm currently on my last game left till it's over, but I literally DO. NOT. go AFK. I don't even surrender if we're losing. Going afk is as bad as trolling and I do not troll. Sometimes I will get frustrated and say "Ok im done" but then just go back to lane and try to win. Getting the words out relieves a lot of stress. What can I do about this repeating issue?
