WTF is this ban system

So basically in a game, i was flamed by 2 people for calling me a shit azir and i dont deserve the m7. i just flame them back by pointing out their and saying that they're trash too and they're not any better. That resulted in a 14 day ban :/. I was like ok and i didint really care. Then 1 month later from getting my acc back, i received a perm ban for my this acc. Basically in the game i was playing kat and vs yasuo, the hecarim kept ganking me and then calling me trash after he kills me (i ignored him). Then my teamate brand starts to in and then flames me for his mistakes (i ignored him too). Then i totally lost control and got pissed when the hecarim said that i'm fuking shit ass kat and i just got a few lucky S. That crossed the line and i started to defend my own dignity, by only using words such as autistic and %%%s and sayin my teamate brand is shit and flaming me. Then after game since the enemy team were in a group, they all reported me and that got me a perm ban. like wtf is this ban system riot, u banning someone for defending their own dignity?

it doesn't matter AT ALL if they broke the rules first or acted worse than you...

You retaliated which is not defending. Defending in a game would be muting them.

The 14 day ban was the result of either ignoring previous warnings from chat restrictions or using zero tolerance; which is possible since you use ZT in part of the perm ban it seems.

Number of reports in a single game do not matter. Someone reported you, system deemed it toxic, you were issued a punishment based off previous punishments.

"JUST autistic".. Pretty offensive word outside of highschool man. i mean, you aren't just saying they have some sort of disability, but you are pointing out which one it is. You can say alot on here, but when you single out a group of people as an insult, expect to get banned.

Umm.. calling people %%%s isn't a defensive action, it's a counter attack, and a pretty offensive one.

I've found that most appeals like this are rooted in our familiarity with a system of sensible laws outside of the game world. A guy with a gun kicks down my front door, I shoot him in the leg. In the world of Riot justice, both people go to jail for doing something bad.

If you just spew a bunch of hateful stuff, I don't feel a lot of empathy with your ban. It sounds like you deserved it.

maybe you could try going to an anger management class before playing a game of league? there are some very effective anger management classes here in america. I would highly recommend you take one. after all, if you can't control your emotions in a video game, it makes me worried for that you would do in real life.
