It's because you got off a 14-day ban. You were already on thin ice and you didn't use the League Chat for positive communication. One game doesn't give the full reason why you were banned. You were reported a lot by a lot of players which build up to your final penalty.

Always remember, you're either part of problem or part of the game.

Either you cut out logs or you got hit for saying "Report zoe for"

Or it's because you were clearly drunk

Have you been 14-day banned or chat restricted in the past?

(Also why would you first time Zoe in a ranked game?)

This chat log isn't near as toxic as I would expect for a permanent ban. I am under the assumption you have received multiple temporary chat restrictions?
