Permbanned, Riot refuses to provide anything about previous 2 week ban

Made my perma ban post the other day, but just wondering if anyone else has ever tried to get info about an old ban? Riot is refusing to provide anything regarding my 2 week ban.

I have asked Riot in multiple support tickets to show me whatever info they have about a 2 week suspension and they have refused. I have no recollection of ever receiving a 2 week ban, and definitely have every email from Riot going back 5 years. They're just claiming they didn't send an email and refusing to provide any other info about the ban.

They just keep refusing and closing my support tickets. In my last ticket they just closed it without even saying anything. I have opened another ticket and will see if this one gets me the info, but this seems strange.

Emails aren't sent when you are banned.

I can see on your account you have had a 10-game chat restriction, a 25-game chat restriction, a 14-day ban and finally a perma-ban.

Are you looking to find the date of the previous ban? What reason did support give for closing your ticket? They will often close tickets if they are being harassed. However, I don't see any reason they wouldn't give you the info if you asked in a considerate manner.

My point being, why would I think about or adjust my behavior if I was never told I received the suspension(I honestly have no memory whatsoever of ever receiving this 2 week suspension or playing league during that time, although my match history does show aram games during the time period. I never talk shit in aram unless intentionally provoked, why would I).
