I got a ban for 14-day but I guess a 0-9 jhin running down bot, mid and top it's not reportable. well after playing for 4 years and 3 accounts banned I'm done with this game.

If you were banned for your chat, sharing that Reform Card might help us spot a trend of negative behavior which is getting you into trouble so much. An inting teammate is definitely bannable and you should report it, but it doesn't justify negative behavior in response.
